Payment & Refund Policy
All services require payment according to the agreed pricing structure (hourly or package-based). Invoices are due by the stated deadline. Late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current.
Also, Due to the nature of virtual services and time-based work, refunds are not issued for completed work. If concerns arise, they will be addressed professionally and promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Communication Expectations
Business hours, response times, and preferred communication methods will be outlined at the start of each client relationship. While timely responses are prioritized, immediate or after-hours responses are not guaranteed unless previously agreed upon. Typical hours of business falls between 9am to 5pm. Anytime after 5pm is considered after business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours to respond back to you. We know your time is also important.
